  • Orders shipped within the Continental United States will be shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Second Day and Next Day Air by UPS is available at an additional cost. UPS cannot deliver to an address with a PO box number.

    Orders can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks for delivery. Custom orders can take a bit longer. Please call or email us for an estimated delivery time on your order.

  • Return Policy
  • Should you have any IHL merchandise that needs to be returned, exchanged or repaired, please contact us at (602) 269-0202 for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

    Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the product. You will be billed for Shipping and Handling when merchandise is re-shipped to you. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

    Discontinued, Used or custom made items cannot be returned, NO EXCEPTIONS.
    Any refunds will exclude Shipping and Handling charges.

  • Holster Fit, Break-in Period and Holster Care:

    Your IHL holster has possibly been precision hard molded to a specific firearm which it was intended for and might require a break-in period. Your IHL holster might be too tight at first, but this is by design. DO NOT accelerate the break-in of your new IHL holster by adding Water, Oil, Flexing, Stretching or Crushing, as this defeats the Molding, Function and Fit of the holster to the firearm.

    Shades of Brown: There will be various shades of brown, which is due to dye going into different thicknesses of leather at different rates. We will match as best as we can.
